An investigative film (5Minutes) on the School Nutrition Programme run by the Department Of Eduction in the Eastern Cape which uncovers irregularities in delivery. It gives voice to the mothers who feel they are being exploited in trying to provide nutritious food for their school children and suggests some ways forward to improve this vital service delivery.
