The Umthathi Training Project in Grahamstown teaches the importance of organic produce and helps communities to grow their own. The Seventh Day Adventist School in Joza takes up the challenge and manages their own vegetable garden in a small space with minimal resources. Koleka Ralo explains the benefits of their techniques.
